Challenge

A mid-stage medtech company preparing for a pivotal trial faced tension within its leadership team. Functional leaders were technically strong, but collaboration was poor, decision-making slow, and the CEO was concerned about readiness for scale.

Our Approach

HNH assessed each leader against real-world project scenarios, measuring behaviours, decision-making, and emotional intelligence. We also reviewed the organisation structure against upcoming decision gates, identifying where roles and reporting lines were unclear.

Outcome

The company restructured around clear programme ownership, redeployed one senior leader into a role better aligned with strengths, and onboarded a new COO with trial execution experience. Within three months, decision-making improved, timelines were met, and board confidence increased significantly.
