Michael Harvey
CEO, Harvey & Nagl Health | Founder Links Life Sciences
Michael Harvey is a British environmental scientist and Life Sciences entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the biotech and pharma sector. He specialises in developing complex end-to-end solutions – from drug development through all stages of commercialisation, with strong links to financing and investor access.
A personal adviser to a number of CEOs and boards across the global biotech sector, Michael brings an extensive international industry network built over more than two decades at the crossroads of science, strategy, and people.
In 2011, Michael founded Links Life Sciences, a global boutique executive search and consultancy firm serving biotech companies worldwide. Since 2023, he has also become a shareholder of subrosa Health Group, deepening the alliance that underpins Harvey & Nagl Health today.
Leigh Filippini
Principal & Co-Founder, Concord MGI | Lead Partner, HNC
Leigh Filippini, a founding partner, launched Concord in 1997. As a Partner, Leigh oversees the marketing and business development efforts for Concord. Responsibilities include strategic accounts, alliance programs, product marketing, and public relations.
Leigh's experience has allowed her to successfully partner with and deliver for the largest and most successful companies in the Healthcare and Technology industries. Her expertise is clearly defined in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Telecommunication fields.
Her specialty is identifying senior talent for executive search and organizing major expansion efforts on a national scale. Prior to launching Concord, Leigh was consistently a President's Club performer in Sales Management and Sales positions for some of the leading Technology and Communications firms.
Leigh obtained a Bachelor's degree and was the recipient of a Division 1, 4-year Field Hockey Scholarship from The Ohio State University.
Georg Nagl

Georg Nagl is a German micro-biologist and serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of leadership experience in biopharma and digital health. He is the recipient of the Ernst & Young "Entrepreneur of the Year" award and winner of the EU Commission's "Excellence in Financing Growth" prize.
As founder and main shareholder of pharmexx from 1999 to 2010, Georg built one of the most successful small-cap companies in Europe – growing it into the world's No. 1 Contract Sales Organisation with 5,500 employees across 21 countries, before its divestment and subsequent acquisition by Ashfield/Inizio.
Since 2010, Georg has led subrosa Health & Capital Group as CEO and shareholder – combining executive search with strategic advisory, investor access, and board-level consulting for biotech, digital health, and private equity-backed companies.
He is a personal adviser to several CEOs, a member of advisory boards across PE, biotech, and start-up companies, and holds an extensive global C-level network across biopharma and capital markets.
Dr. Armin Rath

Dr. Armin Rath is a senior Life Sciences executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across biotech and pharma, spanning the U.S. and European markets. He has built and scaled companies from inception to commercialisation, with deep expertise in oncology, immunotherapy, neurodegeneration, and rare diseases.
As a recognised authority in market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies, Dr. Rath has successfully led AMNOG negotiations, developed EU/US launch strategies, and secured multi-million-dollar licensing, JV, and M&A deals.
His track record includes P&L leadership, IPO readiness, and driving global partnerships while ensuring sustainable value creation.
